University of the Sciences in Philadelphia (USciences) is an independent institution of higher learning dedicated to advancing science and health care education. Founded in 1821 as Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, USciences is the oldest pharmacy school in the United States and one of the first institutions devoted to teaching and researching the health sciences.
