Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico (UPPR) was founded in 1966 as part of the University of Puerto Rico system. It is a public, coeducational university located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. UPPR offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering and technology, as well as business and computer science. The university’s main campus is located on the grounds of the former Fort Buchanan military base.
UPPR has grown significantly since its founding, adding new programs and expanding its facilities to accommodate an increasing number of students.
