Passport information
Generally required, must be valid for at least 6 months when you leave the country.
Visa information
Generally required, with the exception of citizens of the following countries listed in the table above for stays of up to 90 days (or the maximum length of stay allowed to be determined at the time of entry) within a period of 180 days (unless otherwise stated): ( a) Germany, Austria and all other EU countries (note: Ireland visa-free for up to 42 days), (b) Switzerland and (c) Turkey (up to 42 days visa-free).

Transit
Travelers who otherwise require a visa and who travel on to a third country on the same day and do not leave the airport do not require a transit visa. Personally at least 4 weeks before the start of the trip at the High Commission of St. Lucia in London or at the British Embassy in Vienna or at the “Visa Application Centers” in Geneva or in Zurich, which are contractual partners of the responsible diplomatic missions in Geneva and Zurich.
Application required
(a) Application Form. (b) 2 passport photos. (c) Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the visa. (d) Return/Onward Ticket. (e) Proof of travel history (e.g. booking confirmation from travel agency). (f) Proof of Accommodation. (g) Invitation to private accommodation with friends/relatives. (h) Students: Certificate of Enrollment/Registration. (i) Sufficient Funds. (j) Certificate of employment, if applicable. (k) Possibly residence permit for Germany, Austria or Switzerland. All other documents can be obtained by calling the St. Lucia High Commission.

Processing time

Entry with children

Minors traveling alone require an officially certified declaration of consent from the legal guardians. Since June 27, 2012, children need their own travel document (passport / children’s passport) for trips abroad (also within the EU). Entries of children in the parental passport are no longer possible.
Entry with pets
Dogs, cats and other animals may not be brought to St. Lucia in tourist traffic.
