Ohio Valley University (OVU) was established in 1958 as a small, private, Christian college in Vienna, West Virginia. It began as a Bible college with the mission of equipping students to become servant-leaders in their communities. Since then, OVU has grown to become an accredited university offering over 40 academic programs in the liberal arts and sciences.
