Sheer cliffs surround the entire island with only one public beach (Emily Bay) near the town of Kingston. Popular on Norfolk are the Norfolk Island Botanic Gardens. This is a 5.5 hectare botanical garden. Several rare plants can be found in this botanical garden. Norfolk is also known for its home-grown wine and coffee.
