Nebraska Wesleyan University (NWU) was founded in 1887 as a result of the merger between Nebraska Conference College and Tabor College. The consolidation of the two colleges created NWU, which was originally located in University Place, Nebraska. In 1905, the school moved to Lincoln, where it has remained ever since. Over the years, NWU has become a highly respected institution of higher education. It is now home to over 2,000 students from all 50 states and more than 40 countries around the world.
