According to a2zcamerablog, Hiiumaa is an island in the Baltic Sea (Europe), which is part of Estonia. The capital of Hiiumaa is Kärdla. A number of major cities on Hiiumaa are: Emmaste, Kõrgessaare, Käina and Pühalepa.

Hiiumaa is known for its impressive lighthouses, of which the fifteenth century lighthouse on the Kõpu peninsula is best known. In addition, there are some old churches and farms on the island. Furthermore, the island has very few sights to offer. The landscape of Hiiumaa is fairly flat with a lot of grassland and some dune areas. The coastline has some sand and pebble beaches.
