Passport information
Generally required, must still be valid for at least 6 months upon entry.
Visa information
Not required for tourist stays of up to 90 days for the following countries listed in the table above: EU countries, Switzerland and Turkey. An immigration form must be completed upon arrival in Haiti and presented upon departure. The fee for this tourist visa, available upon arrival, is US$30. A tourism tax of US$10 is also levied upon entry.

Tourist Immigration Form: US$30. Visitor visa for stays longer than 3 months: €30.
Transit
Otherwise transit travelers who require a visa, who continue their journey on the same day with the same or the next connection, do not leave the transit area and have valid documents for the onward journey, do not need a visa.
Application required
Visitor visa for stays longer than 3 months: (a) 2 application forms. (b) 2 passport photos. (c) Passport that is valid for at least six months at the time of entry. (d) Sufficient funds for the stay (hotel voucher, bank confirmation, company letter, invitation from Haiti or similar). (e) Fee (per personal check at application). (f) Registered return envelope for delivery of visaed passport plus €5 for postage.

Processing time

Documents required upon entry
Return or onward travel ticket, completed immigration form, which costs US$ 30, and customs declaration and passport that is still valid for at least 6 months.
Entry with children
German: Machine-readable children’s passport with photograph or your own passport. Austrians: Own passport. Swiss: Own passport. Turks: Own passport. Note: The same visa requirements apply to children as to their parents. Since June 27, 2012, children need their own travel document (passport / children’s passport) for trips abroad (also within the EU). Entries of children in the parental passport are no longer possible.
Entry restrictions
The entry form filled out upon entry must be presented upon departure.
