Costs
Germany, Austria The stated visa fees apply to nationalities requiring a visa (possibly with a residence permit for Germany or Austria). Tourist and business visa: €60 (single entry, for a maximum stay of 30 days), €87 (multiple entries, for a maximum stay of 90 days). Switzerland: The current visa fees for nationalities requiring a visa (possibly with a residence permit for Switzerland) must be obtained from the responsible diplomatic mission.

Entry visa for transit or for tourist or business trips.
Transit
Transit travelers who continue their flight on the next connection within 24 hours, do not leave the transit area and can present valid documents for the onward journey do not need a visa. In person or by post to the consular section of the embassy (see contact addresses).
Application required
(a) 1 application form. (b) 2 passport photos. (c) Passport that is still valid for at least six months. (d) Fees (payable in cash upon application). (e) Copy of round trip ticket or employment contract approved by the Government of Guinea or sufficient funds to purchase return ticket. (f) Proof of yellow fever vaccination (copy of international vaccination card). (g) Proof of Accommodation or Letter of Invitation. (h) Registered self-addressed envelope for delivery of visaed passport.

Legally Required Registration
Foreigners who want to stay in Guinea for more than 3 months must have an “Alien Registration Card” issued by the Direction de la Sûreté in Conakry.

Entry with children
German: Machine-readable children’s passport or your own passport. Austrians: Own passport. Swiss: Own passport. Turks: Own passport. Note: The same visa requirements apply to children as to their parents. Note: Unaccompanied minors should carry a parental consent form in French, known as “authorisation parentale”. Since June 27, 2012, children need their own travel document (passport / children’s passport) for trips abroad (also within the EU). Entries of children in the parental passport are no longer possible.
