Costs
Germany, Austria and Switzerland: The stated fees apply to nationalities requiring a visa (possibly with a residence permit for Germany, Austria or Switzerland). Tourist and business visa (single entry, stay of up to 30 days): €60. (Multiple entry): 100 €. Added to this is the service fee at Bridge Corporation: €35.
Validity
The tourist or business visa is generally valid for three months from the date of issue and is valid for entry or transit. The length of stay is limited to 30 days. A 360-day visa can be applied for in Brussels.
Transit
Transit passengers who fly on with the next connection, have valid documents for the onward journey and reserved seats and do not leave the transit area do not need a transit visa. Germany and Austria: In person or by post to Bridge Corporation in Berlin (see contact addresses). Switzerland: At the relevant diplomatic mission in Brussels (see contact addresses).
Application required
Tourist Visa: (a) 2 application forms (downloadable from www.bridge-corporation.com). (b) 2 color passport photos. (c) Passport that is still valid for at least 6 months beyond the stay (d) Copy of all travel documents (tickets, hotel booking or a declaration of commitment from a host, etc.). (e) Yellow fever vaccination certificate (to be presented upon arrival). (f) Visa Fee and Service Fee (by bank transfer to Bridge Corporation for applicants from Germany and Austria). (g) If applicable, residence permit for Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Business Visa: (a)-(g). (h) A typewritten letter on company paper sent to the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau in Luxembourg, Visa Section (see contact addresses) addressed letter with the following content: type of business activity to be carried out, name and address of the business partners to be visited, proof of a guaranteed return trip and sufficient funds for the duration of the stay. The letter must be signed by a member of management who is not the applicant. An addressed, registered return envelope and the fees or a bank transfer receipt must be enclosed with the postal application. Entry with children
German: Machine-readable children’s passport or your own passport. Austrians: Own passport. Swiss: Own passport. Turks: Own passport. Note: The same visa requirements apply to children as to their parents. Minors require travel authorization from their parents/guardians. Since June 27, 2012, children need their own travel document (passport / children’s passport) for trips abroad (also within the EU). Entries of children in the parental passport are no longer possible.
