God’s Bible School and College was founded in 1923 by Mary P. Hill, a Pentecostal evangelist. Originally located in Cincinnati, Ohio, the school was established as an answer to prayer for a training center for Christian workers. The school is accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE), and offers associate degrees in Biblical Studies and Church Music, bachelor’s degrees in Biblical Studies and Christian Leadership, as well as master’s degrees in Divinity and Ministry.
The college has grown significantly since its inception over ninety years ago. In 2006, GBSC moved to its current location in Sharonville, Ohio where it now occupies a campus of more than sixty-five acres. The college has seen tremendous growth since then with over three hundred students enrolled annually and several new buildings constructed on campus such as the student center, library building and chapel. Additionally, the college has added several new programs including a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling and an online Bachelor of Science degree program.
