Colorado Technical University (CTU) was founded in 1965 by Dr. Jack Stratton and Robert H. Rex as a business and management institution to serve the needs of local businesses in the Colorado Springs area. The first classes were held at CTU’s campus in Colorado Springs and its enrollment was limited to just over 100 students. Over the years, CTU has grown significantly and now serves more than 20,000 students across the world through its online programs.
