Clearwater Christian College Acceptance Rate, Average GPA, SAT and ACT Scores

Clearwater Christian College was founded in 1966 by a group of Christian leaders who were committed to providing a quality education grounded in biblical truth. The college began as a two-year Bible school offering degrees in Biblical Studies and Christian Education. In the early years, the college had only one building and enrolled just over 100 students. Through the decades, Clearwater Christian College has grown significantly, expanding its degree offerings to include business, music, psychology, nursing and more. In 2009, the college was granted accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) Commission on Colleges. This accreditation enabled Clearwater to offer bachelor’s degrees for the first time in its history. Since then, enrollment has grown significantly with students coming from all over the world to receive an education rooted in faith and scholarship. Clearwater is now home to more than 1,000 students pursuing higher education through over 30 available degree programs. The college strives to provide an environment that encourages spiritual growth while preparing students for successful careers after graduation. As Clearwater continues to grow and evolve into a premier academic institution, it remains true to its mission of equipping students with knowledge based on biblical truth so they can lead lives of purpose and influence for Christ’s kingdom. Check LOCALCOLLEGEEXPLORER for a list of community colleges in South Carolina.
