Clear Creek Baptist Bible College was established in 1945 as a ministry of Clear Creek Baptist Church. The college was founded with the mission of providing quality biblical education and training for Christian service. It was originally located on the grounds of Clear Creek Baptist Church in Pineville, Kentucky, and its first class had just five students. The college moved to its current location in Barbourville, Kentucky, in 1956. Since then, it has grown to become one of the largest independent colleges in the state.
Today, Clear Creek Baptist Bible College offers more than 30 degree programs across seven academic departments: Biblical Studies; Education; Music; Psychology; Business Administration; Communication Arts & Sciences; and Social Sciences & Humanities.
