Passport information
Generally required, must still be valid for at least 6 months upon entry.
Visa information
Generally required, with the exception of nationals of the following countries listed in the table above for a maximum stay of 3 months: EU countries and Switzerland.

Costs
The fees apply to nationals who require a visa and have a valid residence permit for Germany, Austria or Switzerland. €124 (single and multiple entry, valid up to 6 months), €473 (multiple entry, valid for 1-2 years), transit visa: €44 (in the transit area), €82 (outside the transit area). Additional Teleperformance Ltd. Visa Application Centers Utilization Fee: £59 (€142) (The fee must be paid in Euros.)
Transit
EU citizens (except for Croatian nationals) and Swiss citizens do not need a transit visa if they continue their journey within 24 hours and do not leave the transit area. Turkish nationals require a transit visa. First, an account must be set up with GOV.UK. You can register for a visa application via the GOV.UK account, fill out the online visa application form, pay the visa fee and arrange a personal interview appointment. The visa application is then submitted to the responsible TSL Contact Visa Application Center in Düsseldorf, Berlin, Munich, Geneva, Zurich or Vienna. It is not possible to submit an application by post.
Application required
(a) 1 application form completed online and printed out.(b) 1 recent color passport photo (4.5 x 3.5 cm).(c) Passport that is still valid for at least 6 months upon entry.(d) Confirmation of Travel agencies about the booked outward and return journey. (e) Proof of sufficient funds (bank certificate) (f) Proof of the purpose of the trip (certificate from the travel agent for package tours, letters of invitation from relatives or friends for private visits). (g) Fee (proof of online Payment).(h) If applicable, residence permit for Germany/Austria/Switzerland, which is valid for at least two months after the return date.(i) Proof of employment, certificate of enrollment, etc.(j) A stamped, registered return envelope.
Proof of sufficient funds
All foreigners must have sufficient funds.
Entry with children
German: Machine-readable children’s passport with photograph or your own passport. Austrians: Own passport. Swiss: Own passport. Turks: Own passport. Note: The same visa regulations apply to children as to their parents. Since June 27, 2012, children need their own travel document (passport / children’s passport) to travel abroad (also within the EU). Entries of children in the parental passport are no longer possible.
