Knead the pastry until it is homogenous and then cool. 5 mm-thick roll out before the cut. Then use the cookie cutter. You can decide what shape your cookies should have. Then you can decorate your cookies in two variants:

Option 1: Gestempelte cookies

Dip the cookie stamp vigorously in bakers starch or flour and press it firmly into the biscuit (of course before baking).

Bake the cookies at 180 degrees convection for about 7 to 9 minutes, then allow to cool the cookies then.

Option 2: cookies with stamped fondant

You roll out of the cooled fudge 3 millimeters thick, then stamp your biscuit and cut it out with a cookie cutter including fondant trailers. He should stick the stamp on the fondant is too soft. Knead the fondant again together and put it in the fridge.

Then glue the trailers with sugar glue or a glue of powdered sugar and lemon on the shortcrust biscuit.

The cookies must be dried at least three hours. Place your homemade gift in a cellophane bag and seal the bag with a loop. Get ready!
