A few months (maybe years) circulating on the web rumors of the creation of a storage service Google, called Google Drive. They intensified last month when some lines of code referring to an alleged GDrive were added in the project Chromium, among other strong evidence. But according to a leaked slide from a presentation of Google, it can already be tested by Google employees.
The image came from Johannes Wigand consultant who was in the audience during the presentation on the last day 24. He noted the “Drive” on the screen, pulled out his cell phone and captured the above image. At the address indicates, Google Drive is being tested by Google employees and would be directly interconnected with Google Docs, which makes sense why this service has accepted dozens of different file types.
The American blog TechCrunch, which found the image, speculates that it will be released as a redesign of Google Docs, but do not know if I believe much of it, since it is not normal Google redo comprehensive services and put another name.
What makes more sense is that it is a complement to Google Docs, and also work similarly to the Dropbox and SugarSync offer, with a program that synchronizes files between computers. And in that case, if I were a top executive of the two companies would start to worry now.
