During the conference, Google featured more details on Android Wear: version of the operating system for watches and other “wearable” accessories. The novelty promises to be an extension of the company’s smartphones and tablets, displaying information on cards as in Google Now.

To navigate between Android Wear cards, the user can make “swypes” movements. By sliding your fingers, the information on the same subject, such as the weather forecast, will be displayed, for example. Already to change the card type, or subject, the gestures will be up and down.

Android Wear will also have the option to trigger voice control from the “OK, Google” command. The feature will work similarly to the Google Chrome and Moto X smartphone. With this, the user can control music, dictate reminders, and activate alarms from the voice.

Smartphone notifications will be synchronized with the new system. When receiving an alert from the phone, the same information will skip on the watch screen, and the user can discard or read the notification with a gesture upward. In the end, it will be eliminated from both devices. Another possibility will be answering your voice alerts.

Additionally, Android Wear will offer the option to swap the interface quickly. To do this, simply press and hold a space on the clock display. Then the user can choose between digital and analog watches with different design.

LG G Watch will be available on Wednesday (25) at the Play Store. Another novelty was the Samsung Gear Live, a version of the Samsung watches, also equipped with Android Wear. There is still no forecast of arrival in Brazil.
