I’ve heard of pregnant women who do yoga, but I am a little scared to try it is it safe for my baby doing yoga while pregnant?
Yoga is a practice very beautiful for women during the months of pregnancy. - Best to start practicing yoga from the second trimester of pregnancy, to avoid any complications. Instead of doing traditional savasana position (tumabada your back with arms and legs apart) you can choose with lie on side with the legs slightly bent and even help of different accessories like blankets, blocks, cushions, indicating the instructor and will help you to be more comfortable.
